About the Role

As a Marketplace Assistant Merchandiser in our International Digital Marketplace team, this role plays a key part in driving the growth of M&S across platforms such as Amazon and Zalando. Working at the heart of a fast-paced, commercial team, the role combines trading, analysis, and planning to deliver strong performance across multiple European markets. From forecasting sales and managing stock to shaping product and pricing strategies, every day brings the opportunity to influence customer experiences and commercial results. Close collaboration with teams across trading, logistics, digital, and international markets ensure products are available, accurately priced, and launched successfully, helping M&S reach more customers around the world while maintaining exceptional brand standards.

What You’ll Do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Drive trading performance across international marketplaces through sales, stock, intake, and margin analysis, identifying opportunities to maximise growth.
  • Manage critical path activity from order placement through to launch, ensuring key deadlines and partner requirements are met.
  • Use trading data, customer insights, and market trends to inform decisions on product performance, pricing, and stock management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues quickly and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the delivery of key business objectives, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing valuable insights to trade reviews and planning activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
