Global Medical Affairs at Norgine shapes the scientific direction of therapies, bridging clinical development, commercial and local teams to deliver meaningful patient outcomes. Insight-led and externally focused, the function collaborates globally to generate evidence and inform strategy. We are seeking a Global Medical Advisor to lead medical strategy across therapy areas, supporting development and commercialisation throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Shape Global Medical Strategy: Lead the development and execution of global medical plans, translating clinical insights and unmet needs into actionable strategies that support product lifecycle and growth • Drive Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the medical lead within global teams, influencing brand strategy, lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment between global and local implementation • Lead Scientific Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts, scientific societies, and patient organisations to generate insight and inform decision-making • Deliver Evidence & Insights: Oversee data generation, interpretation, and communication (including studies and publications), and translate insights into impactful business actions • Ensure Scientific Excellence & Compliance: Provide medical input into regulatory, training, and commercial materials, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to applicable codes and standards Why Join Norgine? We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are happy to adjust throughout the recruitment process to support different needs. • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (e.g. MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD) • Significant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Strong understanding of clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory processes • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence global stakeholders • Experience developing and executing medical strategies across multiple markets • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific data Our benefits may vary per location.
