Global Merchandising Manager
Are you a creative thinker with the ability to transform spaces into experiences?
William Grant & Sons is seeking a Global Merchandising Manager to lead the development of innovative, high-impact retail and on-trade merchandising solutions across key markets and airports. Based in Richmond, you will design and execute exceptional concepts that elevate our brand presence and deliver on both creative and commercial objectives.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop point-of-sale materials, retail merchandising, and on-trade marketing solutions that not only catch the eye but also drive meaningful results. With a sharp attention to detail and a deep understanding of what works, you’ll ensure every brand interaction is meticulously executed to reflect the highest standards.
Your role will balance bold creativity with strategic execution, ensuring we consistently push boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement innovative retail and on-trade merchandising solutions that elevate our brand presence and drive results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop point-of-sale materials, retail merchandising, and on-trade marketing solutions.
- Ensure the highest standards of brand execution while maintaining a consistent luxury brand image across all outlets.
- Balance bold creativity with strategic reasoning to align merchandising solutions with business objectives while preserving brand integrity.
