Global Mobility and Employment Tax Manager

Role: Global Mobility Manager

Location: London – Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: £65,000 to £80,000

Overview of the Firm

The firm is a top 15 UK accountancy practice and an active member of a major international network of legally independent accounting firms. This provides an on-the-ground presence in over 150 countries, with access to more than 20,000 professionals across 440 offices worldwide.

The firm offers a full range of audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services and is recognized for simplifying complexity for clients. It is particularly well known for supporting businesses in fast-moving and highly technical sectors such as insurance, global capital markets, and not-for-profit organizations.

The firm’s focus is on understanding people, the organizations they run, and what matters to them — enabling it to simplify complexity and help clients achieve their ambitions.

Introduction to the Division

Tax

The tax service line covers five key areas:

  • Corporate Tax
  • Human Capital
  • Indirect Tax
  • Private Clients
  • Tax Disputes

The team has grown significantly in recent years and continues to pursue ambitious expansion plans. It works across all sectors, with specialisms in insurance, property, technology, international businesses, high net worth individuals, and globally mobile employees.

Responsibilities

The role requires an ambitious, confident individual with strong UK and international Human Capital tax experience.

The human capital and private client teams work closely together, so this position will suit someone with an interest in international tax who can support both areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid technical skills who is looking to broaden their client-facing experience within a collaborative and growing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
