The Background:
This award-winning accountancy firm (non-Big-4) is actively seeking a Senior Manager to lead their growing employment tax team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing client portfolio whilst ensuring high standards are maintained within operational teams.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering industry leading advisory and compliance services to a diverse range of individual and international clients.

You’ll lead the development of recommendations and implementation plans, making informed decisions in complex areas.
You’ll drive innovation and deliver creative solutions to ensure clients attain their objectives.
You’ll play an active role in contributing to attaining team goals and ensuring your team is managed and developed effectively.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in employment tax both compliance & advisory coupled with strong leadership skills; Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience; Strategic thinker, proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex scenarios; Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellence; Ability to influence at a senior level and manage complex stakeholder relationships; Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in plain language and in a pragmatic manner;
