Role Overview

At Multiplier, mobility is not a support function—it is a strategic growth engine. As a Mobility Manager, you will work at the intersection of business development, global mobility, compliance, and product development. You'll play a key role in enabling international growth by supporting commercial opportunities, delivering compliant cross-border employment solutions, and helping shape scalable mobility products and services.

You will lead the end-to-end mobility business line—from supporting sales teams in winning global opportunities to ensuring seamless cross-border employee movement across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

Mobility as a Revenue Driver

  • Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support opportunities involving cross-border hiring.
  • Develop commercial frameworks, including pricing, service bundling with Employer of Record (EOR) solutions, and margin optimisation.
  • Identify mobility-led expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Support enterprise opportunities by providing immigration feasibility assessments, timelines, and cost modelling.

Global Immigration & Compliance

  • Lead end-to-end visa, work permit, and relocation processes.
  • Ensure compliant delivery across key jurisdictions, including the UK, Europe, APAC, and the US.
  • Help manage compliance risks relating to:
    • Right to work
    • Permanent establishment
    • Local employment legislation
  • Develop and maintain country-specific playbooks, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Partner & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage a global network of immigration and mobility partners (for example, Fragomen, Centuro Global, or similar providers).
  • Support continuous improvement in partner performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate opportunities to expand in-house capabilities or strengthen external partnerships across key regions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
