Role: Global Mobility Specialist

PamGro is a fast-growing global Employer of Record platform helping businesses hire, onboard, and manage talent across borders. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Mobility Specialist to support our clients as they expand internationally and navigate the complexities of cross-border employment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in international HR, mobility, immigration coordination, or global workforce operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced and international environment.
What you'll do
- Support international workforce expansion projects across multiple countries and regions.
- Advise clients on cross-border employment processes, onboarding requirements, and workforce mobility best practices.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and employment transitions across different jurisdictions.
- Work closely with legal, payroll, HR, and compliance teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Assist with immigration, visa, and work authorisation coordination where applicable.
- Monitor changes in employment regulations and labour laws that may impact international hiring.
- Manage mobility-related documentation, employee records, and compliance processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and employees throughout the mobility lifecycle.
- Support internal teams with country-specific employment and onboarding guidance.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Workforce Operations, Immigration Support, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of international employment practices and cross-border workforce management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll platforms, or workforce management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
- High attention to detail and a strong compliance-focused mindset.
