Role: Global Mobility Specialist

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Experience: 2–4 years

PamGro is a fast-growing global Employer of Record platform helping businesses hire, onboard, and manage talent across borders. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Mobility Specialist to support our clients as they expand internationally and navigate the complexities of cross-border employment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in international HR, mobility, immigration coordination, or global workforce operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced and international environment.

What you'll do

  • Support international workforce expansion projects across multiple countries and regions.
  • Advise clients on cross-border employment processes, onboarding requirements, and workforce mobility best practices.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and employment transitions across different jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with legal, payroll, HR, and compliance teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.
  • Assist with immigration, visa, and work authorisation coordination where applicable.
  • Monitor changes in employment regulations and labour laws that may impact international hiring.
  • Manage mobility-related documentation, employee records, and compliance processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and employees throughout the mobility lifecycle.
  • Support internal teams with country-specific employment and onboarding guidance.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Workforce Operations, Immigration Support, or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of international employment practices and cross-border workforce management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll platforms, or workforce management systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • High attention to detail and a strong compliance-focused mindset.
