Location: London
Sitting within the Global Mobility Service practice, the GMS Technology team, through our market-leading technology solution KPMG LINK Go and technical expertise, assist clients to transform the way they manage International Assignments, business trips, and international remote working.

The GMS Technology team comprises both IT and Tax professionals who work extensively with our Tax & People Services business teams and stakeholders at all levels. We develop, implement, and support technology that assists employers and employees in relation to international assignments and business travel. We are looking for individuals that understand the business needs of our clients and can help develop and deliver the next generation of our technology and a digital future for our global mobility services.
This role would be varied and interactive from day one. The role will involve:
- Implementing and maintaining LINK Go technology for clients from day one.
- Working as part of a team, you will gather client requirements and translate these into working solutions.
- Working directly with developers and client customers in Tax, HR, and Global Mobility.
- Working with a wide variety of people at KPMG – from Graduates to Partners. You’ll have access to a wealth of industry expertise and knowledge, allowing you to develop and build your own skills and experience.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with clients across Tax, HR, and Global Mobility to understand requirements and provide technical tax input into software implementation projects.
- Contributing to product design and workflow development, ensuring tax technical considerations are embedded within tools and solutions.
- Managing client projects where KPMG acts as a technical subject matter expert, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed technical/tax requirements to a high level of accuracy.
- Supporting business development activities, including client demonstrations, proposal development, and marketing of digital solutions.
- Overseeing financial aspects of engagements, including budgeting, invoicing, and monitoring receivables.
- Managing scope effectively, identifying, and addressing out-of-scope requests.
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients, providing support and resolving queries related to our technology solutions.
- Reviewing and analysing cost projection reports from a tax technical perspective, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant tax rules.
- Working with clients to understand global mobility policies and converting them into well-defined requirements for tools and workflows.
- Advising clients on global mobility technology solutions including process improvement and adoption of best practices.

What will you need to do it?
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high levels of service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within global or cross-functional teams.
- Confidence to challenge client requirements constructively and provide informed recommendations.
- Proactive approach to managing deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of client environments.
- Experience supporting the coaching and development of junior team members.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing extras:
- Experience in systems implementation, business analysis, or project management.
- Knowledge of global mobility, employment taxes, or business traveller compliance.
- Background in tax advisory, or working towards a professional tax/accounting qualification.
- Experience working with Tax, HR, or Travel Management systems.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, MS Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
