Who We Are
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.
What You'll Do
This role sits at the heart of our Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) practice and focuses on shaping how we work with senior commercial leaders globally. You will launch and scale a flagship client council—an invite-only forum bringing together CMOs, CROs, and other C-level executives to define the future of growth in the age of AI.
This isn’t an events role. It’s a high-impact platform designed to influence BCG’s strategy, innovation agenda, and investment decisions.
What you’ll do
Build and lead a global executive forum:
Design and scale a high-trust client council from the ground up Engage directly with senior leaders (CMOs, CROs, CCOs) on their top growth challenges Run a year-round model (1:1 conversations, small group sessions, co-creation workshops)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
