Management Information (MI) Analyst – Platform Business Management

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Management Information (MI) team under Platform Business Management.
This role is ideal for candidates who:
- Have an interest in technology, data, and automation tools.
- Enjoy learning, especially in data visualization (e.g., Power BI).
- Want to understand how data supports business decisions for strategic and operational success.
About the Role
The MI team collects, analyzes, and presents data that informs senior management decisions. We assess business performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance operational efficiency by working with data from:
- Finance, headcount, and risk teams.
- Across the entire Global Operating Platform.
The successful candidate will:
- Support the team by interpreting data and developing Power BI reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand KPI measurement and deployment, contributing to our operational excellence.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, ensuring positive, flexible, and proactive contributions.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting data collection, checking, and organizing information across the business.
- Assisting in power-upsdating and maintaining management reports and dashboards using:
- Alteryx
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across all gathered information.
- Contributing to the Global Operating Platform strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
Core Qualifications
- Strong interest in data, management information reporting, and problem-solving.
- Technical aptitude, with proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools:
- Prior experience with Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Query, or Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Overall technical proficiency is critical for rapid skill acquisition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy team environment.
- Sharp attention to detail with consistent, conscientious work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and interest in process improvement.
- Organizational skills to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications
- Industry knowledge in asset management or financial services.
- Basic programming skills in SQL, Python, or R.
