Global Operating Platform MI Analyst 2

Management Information (MI) Analyst – Platform Business Management

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Management Information (MI) team under Platform Business Management. Ideal for candidates who:

  • Have an interest in technology
  • Enjoy learning and working with automation and data visualisation tools
  • Are passionate about how data supports business decisions

The MI team collects, analyses, and presents data to enable decision-making for senior management. We assess business performance, inform strategic decisions, and improve operational efficiency using data from finance, headcount, risk, and across all teams in the Global Operating Platform.

The successful candidate will:

  • Interpret data and create Power BI reports for decision-making
  • Engage with multiple departments, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute to operational excellence and team success

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A positive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

What You’ll Do

Support the MI team by:

  • Gathering, validating, and organising data from key business areas
  • Updating and maintaining management reports and dashboards using Alteryx, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Supporting the Global Operating Platform’s strategic initiatives

The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need

  • Interest in data and management reporting
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new tools quickly ( Prior experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Query) is beneficial but not mandatory—technical adaptability is key.)
  • Teammoney with a supportive, collaborative approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic
  • Clear written/verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and interest in process improvement
  • Organisational skills with deadline management
