About the Role

Join us as Global Operations Director, a high-stakes leadership position within our Financial Services discipline. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support operational teams globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across multiple regions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to design innovative solutions, enhance service delivery, and drive operational performance for a major multinational client.
  • Manage high-complexity accounts with precision, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining compliance and stakeholder trust.

Bonus points if you’ve: ➜ Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries. ➜ Strengthened operation processes, introduced consistent global practices, ➜ Simplification/standardisation to improve productivity. ➜ Delivered global account portfolio results or complex programs’ operational components.

Key activities:

  • Support the DMP team managing activities.
  • Assist in global procurement strategy alignment.
  • Collaborate on account initiatives with teams like FAM/ commercial, ensuring integrated execution.
  • Provide situational on pivotal decisions while maintaining support.
