About the Role
Step into a high-impact leadership role, supporting Financial Services clients, in a fast-paced, highly regulated, detail-oriented environment.
As Global Operations Director, you’ll:
- Guide operational teams across multiple regions
- Shape global processes
- Help deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Work closely with senior account leadership to drive solution design, service excellence, and operational performance for a complex global account

Responsibilities
You’re Good At:
- Leading global operational teams and creating clarity, consistency, and momentum across regions
- Thriving in a structured, deadline-driven Financial Services environment, where accuracy, compliance, and service quality matter
- Turning client goals into clear operational expectations, processes, and measurable outcomes
- Managing escalations, solving problems under pressure, and making smart decisions across multiple priorities
- Coaching teams, building stakeholder relationships, and driving performance through collaboration
You Might Also Have:
- Experience supporting Financial Services clients or working in a highly regulated, confidentiality-focused environment
- A track record of improving processes, standardising ways of working, and driving efficiency across global teams
- Experience supporting global accounts and multinational operational programmes
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across regions
- Exposure to forecasting commercials, account performance, or P&L support

Requirements
- Full-time role with the flexibility to adjust working hours to reflect the global nature of your team
- Hybrid-based with some days in our London office being a requirement
- Occasional travel may be required
