Description

ELEMIS have created a brand new role in our Global Paid Media team to support our growth! Reporting to the Global Head of Paid Media, we are seeking a data-driven Paid Creative Lead to help support and execute our global Paid Marketing strategy. You will play a key role in acquiring & educating new customers, and brand visibility for the Elemis D2C website through high-performing, insight-led Paid Media Creative.

You will be primarily responsible for creative briefing, pipeline and innovation whilst collaborating with the wider Paid Media team to ensure all campaigns are effectively delivered across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the briefing process for all paid media channels for campaign and calendar moments, new product launches and promotional events.
  • Support the delivery of the global paid marketing strategy through high-quality creative, aimed at enhancing brand and product awareness, education and conversion.
  • Support channel leads with the creative roadmap, ensuring a constant flow of test and learns allowing for a high level of learning from each campaign.
  • Create strong relationships and deep collaboration with our in-house creative team to ensure creatives are delivered as expected and on-time.
  • Lead monthly creative feedback sessions with the creative team and also ensure ad-hoc insights are shared in a timely manner to improve learnings and deeper understanding of key performance drivers.
  • Lead on newer creative types such as UGC and Influencer to ensure campaigns are set up to perform within a changing media landscape.
  • Stay on top of platform updates and changes, positioning ELEMIS to be able to move quickly to adopt new products where it makes sense to.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve creative effectiveness, budget allocation, and overall performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in creative briefing of paid media campaigns within the consumer goods industry, with experience of delivering briefs across numerous platforms with a strong focus on paid social platforms.
  • Experience of setting up & managing creative test and learn roadmaps.
  • Data-driven approach to optimising activity with strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, BI platforms, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear actions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach, works cross functionally to strengthen relationships and team spirit.
