Global Payroll Implementation Senior Associate
About this role This role supports the project management of implementations for PwC’s proprietary Global Payroll Platform (GPP) within PwC’s managed payroll service. It involves working closely with high‑profile clients and coordinating multi‑country implementation projects through PwC’s extensive global network. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio, and oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of global payroll processes. The role requires strong coordination, organisation, and communication skills to ensure smooth implementation, consistent service delivery, and effective collaboration across multiple teams and jurisdictions. What your days will look like Supports project management of implementations for PwC’s proprietary Global Payroll Platform (GPP) within PwC’s managed payroll service, ensuring structured delivery, clear milestones, and effective coordination throughout complex, multi‑country implementation lifecycles. Manages relationships with high‑profile clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact while aligning expectations, tracking progress, and supporting successful outcomes across jurisdictions. Coordinates closely with PwC’s extensive global network to support multi‑country implementations, facilitating collaboration between local teams, resolving issues, and maintaining consistent delivery standards. Owns a dedicated client portfolio, overseeing day‑to‑day global payroll activities, prioritising tasks, managing dependencies, and ensuring reliable, high‑quality service delivery outcomes. This role is for you If Experienced and a highly motivated professional with strong analytical and organisational skills, confident operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments. Client‑facing with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Driven and service‑oriented professionals, passionate about delivering high‑quality outcomes and exceeding client expectations consistently. Proactive, curious, and innovative mindset, contributing ideas that support growth and development within a fast‑expanding business area. Demonstrated global payroll and project management experience, managing multiple tasks, client portfolios, and multi‑territory teams effectively. Highly organised, diplomatic, and flexible, able to meet tight deadlines, work independently or collaboratively, and travel when required across global programmes.
