Job Title: Global Payroll Manager (UK)
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple countries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver seamless payroll experiences and support KOMP's global workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams on global payroll initiatives.
- Monitor payroll legislation and ensure statutory compliance.
- Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Develop payroll reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards.
- Support payroll audits and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with payroll providers and technology partners.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll management.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with enterprise payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within SaaS, HRTech, or multinational organizations is preferred.
