About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join our international team and support payroll operations across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in European payroll, particularly France, Germany, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work closely with the Global Payroll Manager to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery, while also helping improve and standardize payroll processes across our European entities.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple European countries
  • Take a key role in French payroll operations, working with internal teams and external providers
  • Assist with other European payrolls such as Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, UK, etc. (experience with Germany is a strong advantage)
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and social security regulations
  • Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll queries
  • Contribute to streamlining and standardizing payroll processes across Europe

What We're Looking For

  • Around 3 years of experience in in-house global or European payroll
  • Hands-on experience with French payroll is essential
  • Exposure to German payroll or other European payrolls is a plus
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and payroll vendors in a fast-paced global environment
  • English required; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory
  • Leverages AI coding assistants to drive measurable improvements in productivity.
