Global People Operations Specialist
The People Operations Specialist is at the heart of delivering a seamless, data-driven and high-impact employee experience. This role goes beyond administration, focusing on turning processes into meaningful experiences, and data into actionable insight. Success in this role requires a strong command of HR systems, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance operational rigour with human-centric thinking.
You will act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring that People Operations runs efficiently, compliantly and with a continuous improvement mindset. Differentiating strengths include systems ownership, data integrity, process optimisation, and the ability to translate people data into clear, compelling insights that drive better decision-making.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Employee Lifecycle Management Lead and continuously evolve end‑to‑end People Operations programmes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, contract management and offboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, ensuring lifecycle processes are delivered consistently, compliantly and ensuring a positive employee experience. Drive operational excellence through compliance, process automation and efficiency and ensuring valid and accurate date and information across HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits etc) HRIS Ownership and Data Management Act as the global system owner for the HRIS, taking full accountability for system governance and optimisation. Configure, maintain and manage HRIS modules, including performance management and other core functionality. Ensure the accuracy, security and integrity of people data across all systems and platforms. Lead system enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives and workflow improvements to support a growing global workforce. Produce high-quality people analytics and insights, including a monthly dashboard for internal leaders, the Board and our private equity owners to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Prepare and coordinate audit details and responses with regards to People function-related requirements. Benefits and Compensation Administration Oversee the administration of UK benefits (Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Cycle to Work Scheme, EAP), ensuring accurate enrolment, renewals and effective vendor coordination. Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers and third‑party vendors to ensure service quality and cost‑effectiveness. Manage the family and absence leave process end to end, including initial requests for leave through return to work. Partner closely with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate reconciliation, reporting and robust operational controls. Provide all required supporting documentation to the UK and Netherlands Payroll Managers to enable the monthly payroll process. Support global compensation benchmarking activities in partnership with the People Partners, Finance and external vendors. Create and launch quarterly and annual performance review process, including sending out relevant global communications and system preparation Coordinate with People Partner to assign and launch compliance training globally Coordinate assessments with employees when requested (ergonomic, family leave risk assessments, etc). Continually review and assess AI and automation solutions to our people services to maximize productivity across the talent lifecycle. Contractor Management Ensure compliant onboarding and ongoing management of UK contractors, including IR35 considerations. Partner with external vendors acting as Employer of Record to engage contractors outside ICP legal entities, ensuring compliance and smooth operational delivery. Visa and Right to Work Management Partner with the immigration adviser to ensure full compliance with immigration and right‑to‑work requirements, including the management of sponsored visas. Data Analytics and Reporting Prepare and provide reports for the people team as requested such as performance, compensation, benefits, etc. Create and schedule required reporting for Leadership Prepare adhoc reports as requested for Finance and other departments as needed Review systems data to ensure accuracy on a weekly basis

What You'll Have: 3 to 5 years previous experience in similar HR role with HRIS management, benefits administration and project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in relative field i.e HR, Business Administration, etc or the equivalent in experience Advance skills in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Desirable Skills and Certifications Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously CIPD level 5 Global HR Operations experience Previous HR Generalist experience Rippling (HRIS) experience
