At Group People & Culture, we lead global initiatives across Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, Performance, Employee Engagement and HR Technology. Together with colleagues across our markets, we help build the capabilities, culture and leadership needed to support Securitas' continued transformation and growth.
About the role
Securitas is on an exciting transformation journey. As part of our Global People Strategy, we are building the capabilities needed to support our long-term business ambitions, including enabling HR excellence powered by technology, strengthening people data and analytics, and creating more consistent global people frameworks.
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Global Strategic People Projects Lead to drive some of our most important global People & Culture initiatives. This role will lead complex cross-functional projects that support the evolution of our global people agenda, helping us create scalable frameworks, improve data-driven decision-making, and strengthen the employee experience across a diverse international workforce.
The initial focus will include leading and supporting strategic initiatives such as:
- Global Job Architecture
- Global People Data & Analytics
- People Governance, Data Standards and Process Transformation
- Reward, Recognition and Pay Transparency initiatives
- Strategic Workforce Insights and Organizational Effectiveness projects
Working closely with the Global People & Culture Team, divisional/functional People leaders and their teams, senior business stakeholders, IT, Finance and external advisory partners, this role will help translate strategy into execution and deliver sustainable business impact.
Key responsibilities
Lead Strategic Global People Projects
- Lead the planning, mobilization and delivery of complex global People & Culture projects.
- Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives supporting the Global People Strategy.
- Develop project plans, governance structures, risk mitigation plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Track progress, manage dependencies and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and outcomes.

Drive Global Job Architecture and Workforce Frameworks
- Play a leading role in the design, implementation and global scaling of Securitas' Global Job Architecture framework including chair for the governance council.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish globally consistent job families, career streams, levels and governance.
- Lead initiatives related to pay transparency, workforce planning.
- Ensure alignment between job architecture, people data, organizational structures and reward frameworks.
This work supports Securitas' ambition to create a globally aligned framework that drives pay equity, transparency, career development, internal mobility and improved workforce insights.
Establish Stronger People Data and Analytics Capabilities
- Drive initiatives that improve the quality, consistency and governance of global people data.
- Support the development of common people data definitions, reporting standards and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with HR, IT and business leaders to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Develop meaningful reporting and insights to support leaders at global, divisional and functional levels.
This contributes directly to the ambition of creating global standardized people data and strengthening people analytics capabilities.
Support Reward and Recognition Transformation
- Contribute to reward, recognition and pay transparency workstreams.
- Lead the development of consistent global frameworks while balancing local business requirements.
- Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner with HR senior leaders across divisions, functions and geographies.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees and executive discussions.
- Build alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with differing priorities.
- Influence without formal authority in a matrix environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Around 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Economics or related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale global transformation or HR projects.
- Strong project and program management experience, including complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

Highly Preferred
- Consulting background from a leading advisory firm (Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture or similar).
- Direct experience designing or implementing a Global Job Architecture framework.
- Experience working with job evaluation methodologies, career frameworks, pay structures, or workforce architecture.
- Experience with people analytics, workforce data, organizational effectiveness or HR technology transformation.
- Understanding of reward/incentive schemes, compensation, pay transparency and talent management topics.
- Experience partnering with external consulting firms and managing vendor relationships.

Working conditions
We currently welcoming applications from candidates based in Stockholm (Sweden), Germany, the UK or Spain.
Hybrid model applies - the specific set up will depend on office regulations/presence in the specific country.
This role involves occasional travelling.
