Global Pop-up Retail Director

About the Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Global Pop-up Retail Director to lead and scale Azazie's offline retail business across the UK, Germany, France, and Australia.

This role will own the overall strategy, operations, and performance of our global pop-up retail program, driving sales growth, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. You will also play a key role in shaping Azazie’s global offline retail expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance of Azazie’s pop-up retail business across Europe and Australia.
  • Drive sales growth, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional Event Managers and Event Specialists.
  • Build, standardize, and continuously improve retail SOPs and operating processes.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful pop-up execution.
  • Monitor sales and operational performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that strengthen the Azazie brand.
  • Support new market expansion and provide strategic recommendations for global retail growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Retail operations
    • Multi-store management
    • Offline business operations
  • Experience in women’s fashion, bridal, premium retail, or customer experience-driven businesses is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience:
    • Leading regional teams
    • Managing multiple retail locations or large-scale offline operations
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, operations, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in:
    • English
    • Mandarin Chinese
  • Willing to travel internationally.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
