What You'll Do The Practice Area (PA) Program Coordinator supports the Global Program Manager and BCG Transform’s global Practice Leadership Team in developing and executing the global Practice strategy, translating it to concrete initiatives and driving implementation with senior stakeholders and peers. The role will be an integral contributor to the development and growth of BCG’s Transform Practice. More specifically, activities will include but are not limited to: Transform planning: Support global leadership in PA-level strategic and business planning, including integration of regional business and people plans, and track progress against ambition Cross-PA go-to-market: Support global leadership in developing and driving cross-PA business development and collaboration initiatives including joint go-to-market approach. Actively drive collaboration, prepare senior leadership discussions and track progress. Transform market & competitive intelligence: Gather and analyze data on our position in the market (e.g., Fortune 500) and versus key competitors (e.g., capacity benchmarking). Develop recommendations and work with leadership to design action plan. Supporting key and necessary programs and projects tied to deploying and integrating Transform capabilities across BCG’s large scale change programs and businesses. Driving forward global pilot efforts across the PA, e.g. TRF Academy. YOU'RE GOOD AT Self-starting with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial drive, service mentality and ability to work both autonomously and in a multinational team. Operating effectively in a matrix organization where ownership and way forward may be ambiguous – you orchestrate complex agendas and drive for clarity. Managing projects, delivering intellectually rigorous output and synthesizing complex topics effectively, while anticipating and managing risks. Managing senior stakeholders, building consensus, and being a strong team player across seniority levels and geographies.

What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree with strong academic achievements preferred. At least X years industry experience or X years consulting experience. Significant BCG experience preferred, ideally in PA Management or on the Consulting Team (equivalent to Consultant). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Who You'll Work With The PA Manager works closely with the Global Practice Management Executive Director and selected Managing Directors and Partners on the global PA Leadership Team for setting and executing the PA strategy. For daily business, the candidate collaborates closely with marketing team, Regional Managers, and PA Coordinators in the Transform Practice as well as their peers from adjacent practices. Further collaboration with other global and regional BCG teams occurs as needed.
Additional info The number of Transformations within BCG are growing rapidly, currently representing 25%+ of the business, and having strong impact within BCG and externally. This is among the foremost priorities for BCG’s leadership. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role, working together with senior leadership across BCG and within BCG Transform to initiate and accelerate critical projects for BCG of the future.
