Senior Manager, Global Pricing Strategy (12-Month Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pricing professional to join a global biopharmaceutical organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will play a critical part in supporting launch readiness and global pricing strategy execution for a late-stage innovative therapy within immunology
Working within a highly collaborative Global Market Access and Pricing team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Market Access, Commercial, Health Economics, Medical, and regional affiliates to drive launch preparation activities and ensure successful global pricing implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of global pricing strategy for a late-stage product launch. Develop and implement pricing guidance in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Conduct international reference pricing analyses and monitor market, policy, and competitor developments. Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Commercial, Medical, Health Economics, and regional teams to support launch readiness. Provide strategic pricing insights and contribute to launch planning and governance activities.

Experience & Qualifications: Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. Strong background in international pricing, market access, reimbursement, or pricing strategy. Experience supporting global product launches and working across international markets. Knowledge of international reference pricing and global pricing frameworks. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and project management skills
