Are you ready to lead global Finance transformation at scale within a world-class organisation?

A leading and highly reputable international business is seeking an experienced and strategic Order to Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner to join its Global Financial Services leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Finance operations across a complex multinational environment while driving innovation, governance, and operational excellence on a global scale.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations while driving transformation initiatives that improve performance, controls, governance, and scalability.

  • You’ll work collaboratively with Group Finance, regional leadership teams, systems specialists, and outsourced partners to ensure Finance processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organisation’s global transformation roadmap.
  • If you thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and are passionate about process excellence, this role offers the chance to make a genuine global impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
