Global Purchase to Pay Transformation Lead
Glasgow (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

A global organisation is seeking a senior Purchase to Pay (P2P) transformation specialist to take end-to-end ownership of the P2P process and lead large-scale, global change. This role offers the opportunity to shape future-state processes, drive standardisation across regions and play a key role in finance transformation programmes.
Based in Glasgow, the role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office and two working from home.
The Role
This is a pivotal transformation role with global reach. You will act as the single point of accountability for the global P2P process, responsible for defining the target operating model and driving continuous improvement across multiple countries and functions.
You will lead process redesign, automation and optimisation initiatives, working closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology and senior leadership to deliver scalable, efficient and compliant ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and owning the global P2P target operating model and future-state process design
- Leading end-to-end process transformation, standardisation and automation initiatives
- Driving adoption of global process standards across regions and shared service environments
- Acting as the global process owner for ERP upgrades, implementations and system enhancements
- Embedding strong governance, controls and performance metrics within the P2P process
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align process transformation with business strategy
- Identifying inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities, and leading change to resolution
- Supporting major finance transformation programmes and change management activity
About You
You will be an experienced P2P transformation or global process leader, with a strong track record of delivering change in complex, international organisations.

You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience leading P2P transformation or global process redesign
- Experience operating within large, multi-country or matrix organisations
- Strong knowledge of P2P controls, compliance and best practice
- Hands-on involvement in ERP-led change programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Experience driving standardisation across regions or shared service models
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- A data-driven, continuous improvement mindset
