Global Product and Community Executive
Location: Chippenham Office
Reports to: SVP of Global Product
Hours: Full Time, Hybrid
Role Overview
The Global Product and Community Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences across Blend's Executive and Associate membership tiers. This role sits at the intersection of community, education, content, events, and platform management, ensuring members receive high-quality learning opportunities, meaningful connections, and engaging experiences throughout their Blend journey.
Working closely with the SVP of Global Product and wider Blend team, the Global Product and Community Executive will support the design, coordination, and execution of member experience, educational content, community initiatives, and engagement campaigns. The role also oversees the operational delivery of Blend's digital member experience within Circle, helping to continuously improve engagement, retention, and member value.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Community Engagement
- Support the ongoing development and delivery of member experiences across both Executive and Associate membership tiers.
- Monitor member engagement and identify opportunities to increase participation, connection, and retention.
- Welcome and onboard new members into the Blend Associate community.
- Facilitate engagement within Circle by encouraging discussion, sharing relevant content, and connecting members with peers and opportunities.
- Support member communications, including newsletters, event updates, learning announcements, and platform notifications.
- Assist with member recognition initiatives, including milestones, achievements, and community highlights.
- Maintain accurate Associate membership records and engagement tracking.
Product & Programme Delivery
- Help to coordinate the operational delivery of Blend's educational programmes, leadership content, and learning journeys.
- Support the creation and maintenance of programme assets, ensuring consistency with Blend's brand and quality standards.
- Manage programme timelines, content uploads, resource distribution, and participant communications.
- Collaborate with facilitators, speakers, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of member experiences.
- Support the development of new educational offerings and member products.

Executive & Associate Events
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events across global communities.
- Support event logistics including invitations, registrations, communications, materials, speaker coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing facilitators and speakers ahead of sessions.
- Ensure member-facing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with Blend standards.
- Support post-event engagement and feedback collection.
Platform Management
- Maintain and optimise Blend's Circle platform across both membership tiers.
- Build and manage landing pages, learning spaces, discussion areas, and resource hubs.
- Ensure all content, events, resources, and communications are correctly uploaded and functioning.
- Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to improve the digital member experience.
- Manage content organisation, permissions, visibility settings, and member access.
Content
- Coordinate the production, formatting, and publication of educational content, leadership stories, recordings, and resources.
- Use AI tools to generate transcripts and assist with content repurposing.
- Organise and maintain content libraries within Circle, Notion, and shared storage systems.
- Ensure all content aligns with Blend's brand, tone of voice, and quality standards.
- Support the creation of visual assets and learning materials where required.
Member Insights & Product Improvement
- Create and manage member surveys, feedback forms, and engagement assessments.
- Analyse participation, engagement, and feedback data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and product development.
- Track key member experience metrics across Executive and Associate communities.
- Contribute ideas for improving member value, engagement, and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Education, Community, Marketing, Operations, and Membership teams.
- Support marketing campaigns that promote member events, learning experiences, and community initiatives.
- Assist with the launch of new products, programmes, and community features.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the member experience ecosystem.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with community platforms such as Circle or similar.
- Familiarity with content management systems, learning platforms, and digital engagement tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience within membership organisations, professional communities, education, events, or learning environments is highly desirable.
- Interest in leadership development, executive education, and community building.
