Global Product Merchandising Team – Product Merchandiser
Our Global Product Management Team focuses on delivering the right products, pricing architecture, and seasonality to meet customer needs. We’re searching for a detail-oriented, ambitious, and curious individual eager to grow within product merchandising. If this challenges you, share your story—impress us!
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Merchandiser, you’ll:
- Manage and drive admin and range maintenance for assigned product categories, collaborating closely with the Product Merchandising team.
- Work alongside the Product Data Specialist to ensure data-driven seasonal strategies are executed.
- Conduct seasonal market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to identify growth opportunities and market shifts.
- Oversee the sample process within the merchandising department.
- Partner with the Global Product Merchandise Manager to:
- Support design and development departments in briefing and reviewing product ranges across seasonal milestones.
- Assist in creating and maintaining selling tools and information for wholesale and digital partners during key stages.
- Collaborate with Product Development to track progress, assess buy-ready status, and mitigate risks to collections.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate brings:
- Attention to detail and a deep interest in the footwear industry.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex reporting, data handling (pivot tables, big data analysis) and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- The ability to articulate insights clearly and present findings to teams.
- Strong teamwork skills, paired with self-motivation and discipline.
- Aptitude to handle pressure and multi-task while delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptability—quick learners who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a mindset to innovate and exceed targets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
