The AI Product Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, design, governance, and in-life performance of agentic AI products, including voice agent delivered via Vodafone’s marketplace and managed services. You will drive agent supply (partner onboarding + curation) and customer adoption, ensuring agents are safe, compliant, high‑quality, and simple for SMEs to discover, buy, and scale. What you’ll do The role spans multi-agent architecture, platform integrations (e.g. Gemini Enterprise, Copilot Studio), lifecycle governance, security & privacy, and commercialization, ensuring our customers can confidently discover, purchase, and scale AI agents that drive real outcomes. Product Strategy & Leadership • Manage first‑ and third‑party AI agents, ensuring quality, safety, publishing standards and partner readiness. • Own vision, strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, commercial models, revenue share and partner frameworks for AI Agents and AI‑powered SaaS, aligned to Vodafone growth priorities. • Drive market analysis, customer research and competitive benchmarking to inform direction. • Lead deployment, release and full lifecycle management of agents—onboarding, configuration, governance, updates and retirement. • Monitor and optimise AI agent KPIs, defining standards for onboarding, catalogue rules, versioning, safe updates, rollback and EOL. • Develop voice‑enabled agent solutions (call, chat, omnichannel). • Build pre‑built SME templates/workflows (e.g., appointment‑booking agent).
Product Planning & Artefacts • Oversee creation and maintenance of all PLCM artefacts (innovation canvases, PRDs, release notes, adoption guides). • Ensure robust documentation, version control and stakeholder communication. • Guide junior product specialist on artefact best practices. • Build business cases, pricing/packaging, adoption plans, partner agreements and ROI tracking for new AI products. Go‑to‑Market & In‑Life Operations • Lead GTM planning: SKUs, pricing strategy, enablement content, readiness checklists. • Manage in‑life KPIs (activation, adoption, SLA, CSAT/NPS), analyse telemetry and drive improvements. • Ensure commercial hygiene: pricing accuracy, promotion governance, cost‑to‑serve and margin optimisation.

Compliance & Governance • Champion privacy‑by‑design, responsible AI, GDPR and EU AI Act adherence. • Lead risk assessments, coordinate with Legal/Compliance, and ensure audit readiness. • Drive marketplace contract formation and legal alignment with AI vendors (liabilities, conformity claims, SLAs).
Stakeholder & Partner Management • Align cross‑functionally with Technology, Operations, GTM, Sales, Finance and local markets. • Manage strategic AI and ecosystem partners to ensure high‑quality integration and enablement. • Mentor and develop the junior product specialist.
Customer & Insight Loop • Build mechanisms to capture insights from Sales, Care, Presales. • Convert feedback into backlog items and enhancements. • Lead adoption plays and customer‑success initiatives for AI services.
Innovation & Experimentation • Foster innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement. • Create frameworks, run A/B tests, POCs and pilots to validate desirability, feasibility, viability. • Translate emerging trends into measurable roadmaps. • Define intuitive CX/UI for agent discovery, trial, purchase and provisioning for SME customers and partners. • Turn partner and customer feedback into actionable product requirements. Who you are Required Experience & Skills: • Proven product management experience, ideally with AI Agents and/or Agent Marketplaces. • Deep understanding of AI Agent frameworks (including agent-to-agent protocols), AI governance, and compliance. • Strong technical acumen in cloud, API integration, identity/security, and observability. • Expertise in customer-centric design and Design Thinking. • Track record of leading innovation, rapid experimentation, and operationalizing new technologies. • Commercial mindset with pricing, packaging, and business case development. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. • Ability to distil customer/partner feedback into clear PRDs and acceptance criteria. • Experience taking AI features from concept, prototype, production, scaled adoption with KPIs and measurable ROI. Qualifications: • Degree (Upper Second Class or higher preferred) • Product Management certification (e.g. AIPMM) • Relevant certifications preferred (Microsoft AI-900, AZ-900, PL-900; ITIL Foundation; Scrum Master/PSPO).

Preferred / Nice to Have: • Hands-on experience deploying agents and AI systems on Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and/or ChatGPT Enterprise. • Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks, tool-use/function-calling, RAG, and model evaluation techniques. • Familiarity with speech analytics, call quality monitoring, and voice biometric security. • Experience with marketplace governance (listing policies, trust & safety, moderation) and partner programs.
