The Global Product Marketing Executive
The Global Product Marketing Executive supports the Global Product Marketing team with day-to-day product marketing activity, helping turn Speedo’s product features, innovation and performance benefits into clear, useful marketing materials.
Working closely with the Senior Global Product Marketing Manager, Product Creation, Brand Marketing, Go-To-Market, Retail Experience, Social & Community and regional teams, this role helps gather product information, prepare briefs, support launch materials and keep product marketing documents organised and up to date.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Global Product Marketing team with day-to-day coordination, administration and follow-up across product marketing projects and launches.
- Help gather product information from Product Creation, Design and Merchandising teams, including features, benefits, innovation details and product intent.
- Assist with translating product details into clear consumer-facing messages, product stories and simple feature/benefit summaries.
- Support the preparation of product marketing materials, including presentations, launch summaries, product storytelling documents, briefs and internal updates.
- Help maintain product messaging documents, trackers and launch materials, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and easy for teams to access.
- Support the Senior Global Product Marketing Manager with product campaign preparation, briefing documents, creative reviews and post-launch summaries.
- Assist with creating and updating product marketing inputs for global marketing calendars, GTM toolkits, retail materials, digital content and sales support documents.
- Work with Brand Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to help ensure product stories are aligned to seasonal campaigns and launch priorities.
- Support Retail Experience, Social & Community and regional teams by helping share product information, toolkits and storytelling guidance.
- Assist with simple reporting tasks, including collecting regional feedback, organising launch learnings and pulling together performance summaries.
- Act as a reliable point of support for the Product Marketing team, helping with organisation, documentation, follow-up and day-to-day delivery.

What you’ll bring:
- Some experience in marketing, product marketing, brand, communications, content or a related role, gained through work, internship or placement experience.
- Strong interest in product marketing, sport, innovation, performance and consumer storytelling.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines and follow-up.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product information, briefs, launch materials and trackers.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn information into simple, useful messages.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint or Google Slides, and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proactive, collaborative and willing to learn, with a positive approach to supporting the wider team.
- Curious about consumer needs, product benefits and how brands bring products to market.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a busy global marketing environment.
This vacancy is a newly created role as part of organisational changes. Final appointment will depend upon the outcome of consultation processes and affected employees will have priority for consideration.
