Role Summary
Job Description
As our Global Product Owner Industrial Air Filtration, you are leading the global strategy and development of our Industrial Air product portfolio. In this role, you act as the key link between market needs, customers, sales, and technical teams. You translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements, drive the product roadmap, and support international sales teams. This position is ideal for a driven, business‑minded talent with strong communication skills and technical understanding who wants to shape a globally relevant industrial product line.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and define the global product strategy for the Industrial segment as an integral part of the company and business strategy, and ensure successful implementation across all regions
- Analyze and evaluate global and local market potentials, identify target customers and growth opportunities
- Derive and define global and local growth targets in close collaboration with country organizations and Category Management
- Translate the market strategy into concrete product-related measures and ensure consistent execution
- Define market and product requirements and develop, implement, and continuously enhance the product roadmap
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to drive successful execution of the product strategy
- Build and continuously expand industry expertise and market knowledge (trends, competitors, sales channels, technical requirements)
- Develop and refine the value proposition for the Industrial Air portfolio
- Provide professional guidance and support to international Key Account Managers on technical and commercial topics (e.g., pricing)
- Monitor revenue, margin, and KPI development, and manage/review the project pipeline
- Prepare relevant product and sales documentation

Your Profile
Education: Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in Sales, preferably within the industrial market segment
Expertise:
- Experience in technical sales or engineering
- Preferably strong knowledge in the field of filtration
Language Skills: Fluent and business‑proficient English, German would be a plus
Personality:
- Strong results orientation, speed, and execution capability
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and structured way of working
- Assertiveness, confident appearance, and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel according to business needs
