This role is within The Goat Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Role Overview
You will sit between product, partnerships and client teams. Your focus will be to package and scale Goat's influencer and social offerings for the UK market, and to build the partner ecosystem that powers them. If you enjoy turning business challenges into product innovations, building strategic partnerships and helping sales and client teams win, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Product and Offering Development
- Own the UK product roadmap for influencer and social offerings, focused on facilitation, launch and ongoing impact.
- Work with the Head of Product to turn client needs, sales feedback and market insights into clear product packages and services.
- Define and update commercial positioning and packaging for key offerings.
- Create product one-pagers, playbooks and sales enablement materials.
- Work with Client Solutions, Strategy, Operations and Data to make sure offerings are deliverable, scalable and profitable.
Partnerships Management
- Identify and prioritize key partners in-market. Examples include social platforms, creator and affiliate tools, measurement providers, data partners and talent networks.
- Manage partner relationships to secure access, betas, co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.
- Build excellent relationships with platform and tech partners to understand new formats, tools and opportunities that Goat can turn into products.
- Set up simple frameworks for partner onboarding, performance tracking, reviews and implementation management.
Go-to-market and Commercial Support
- Work with Growth, Client Solutions and the Account Management Team to embed products and partnerships into pitches and RFP responses.
- Develop narratives, case studies and POVs that explain how our offerings and partner integrations drive results.
- Join key client meetings as a product and partnerships expert when needed.
- Track adoption, revenue and performance of products and partnerships and recommend improvements.

Market and Competitive Insight
- Monitor social platforms, creator economy trends, ad tech and competitor offerings.
- Share regular insight and recommendations with senior leadership on where to build, partner or refine.
- Help with internal training and simple thought leadership materials that keep teams informed.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, partnerships, business development or strategy in marketing, advertising, ad tech, social platforms or the creator economy.
- Strong understanding of social and influencer marketing, including platforms, creators and measurement.
- Proven experience creating and launching productized services or packages, ideally in an agency or B2B environment.
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with platforms, tech vendors or data providers.
- Strong commercial skills. Comfortable thinking about pricing, margins and how offerings drive revenue.
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot or another CRM, Microsoft Suite and Google Work space.
