Why we're hiring:
WPP is undertaking a significant multi-year transformation to simplify and modernise its technology landscape, including the consolidation of multiple CRM platforms into a single, globally governed Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
This transformation is central to WPP's strategic objectives, enabling the organisation to:
- Improve client, opportunity, and pipeline visibility across the business
- Enhance data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities
- Enable AI-powered and data-driven commercial decision-making
- Reduce technology complexity, duplication, and operational costs across agencies
The Global CRM Programme is a high-profile, business-critical initiative spanning multiple workstreams, including business process design, functional requirements, technology delivery, data migration, systems integration, and organisational change management. To support its successful delivery, we are seeking an experienced Global CRM Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of programme activities across a complex stakeholder landscape.
The Role
The Global CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring integrated planning, effective dependency management, and alignment with programme objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans across business, functional, technology, data, and change workstreams, ensuring delivery remains aligned to programme priorities, milestones, and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, fostering collaboration between business process, functional design, technology, data, integration, and change teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor delivery progress against agreed plans, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
- Ensure decisions made through programme governance forums—including the Business Transformation SteerCo, CRM Design Authority, and Technology Delivery Programme Board—are translated into clear actions, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes.
- Support the development and delivery of programme communications, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement across global, regional, agency, and market teams.
- Coordinate training and business readiness activities, helping to prepare users and stakeholders for rollout phases while ensuring alignment between global standards and local market requirements.
- Support the definition, baselining, and tracking of programme benefits, partnering with business and delivery teams to ensure measurable value is realised throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Maintain high-quality project management artefacts, including integrated plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance packs, and decision registers.
- Deliver clear, concise, and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, providing transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring attention or intervention.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme governance, delivery frameworks, tools, and ways of working to enhance programme effectiveness and execution excellence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
