Radiodetection, part of SPX Technologies, is looking for a Global Quality Manager to build and lead a world-class quality function.
This is a newly created role where you'll establish quality standards for Radiodetection before helping roll them out across other sister businesses. If you enjoy improving processes, solving complex quality issues and driving meaningful change, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What you'll do
- Lead and continuously improve the Global Quality Management System (QMS).
- Embed practical ISO 9001 standards that support the business.
- Drive supplier, manufacturing and customer quality improvements.
- Lead end-to-end 8D investigations and root cause analysis.
- Develop meaningful quality reporting using ERP data, KPIs and customer feedback.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Production, Product Management, Sales and Customer Service.
- Lead and develop a team of three quality professionals.

What we're looking for
You'll have:
- Senior quality leadership experience within manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
- Proven experience leading 8D investigations and driving continuous improvement.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
- Experience using quality data and KPIs to improve performance.

Experience in electro-mechanical or electronics manufacturing, along with Lean, Six Sigma or Lead Auditor qualifications, would be advantageous.
