Global Recruitment Associate Director

The Global Recruitment Associate Director plays a pivotal role within the Group Central Support team at Nord Anglia Education Limited. Positioned at our London Headquarter Office, this leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across diverse markets.

As our Global Recruitment Manager, you’ll help us hit recruitment targets for our Summer Schools, Schools, and Colleges across Nord Anglia Education. You’ll work across our central and regional teams to improve student recruitment and the student experience and ensure your individual KPI’s and targets are met.

The successful candidate will oversee a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s growth objectives and cultural values. This role seeks strategic oversight combined with hands-on management, fostering lasting partnerships with stakeholders and driving innovation in talent acquisition processes to enhance employer branding and candidate experience worldwide.

In this capacity, you will influence hiring frameworks, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and implement best practices to optimise recruitment cycles. Your leadership will contribute directly to nurturing a skilled and motivated workforce that enables Nord Anglia Education’s continued success and expansion on a global scale.

What we're looking for:

To excel as the Global Recruitment Associate Director, candidates must demonstrate a robust blend of strategic vision and operational expertise in talent acquisition. Essential skills and abilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to design, implement, and refine global recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals and foster sustainable growth.
  • Team Management and Development: Experience leading diverse, multifunctional recruitment teams across various regions, with a focus on mentorship, performance management, and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Competence in utilising recruitment analytics and metrics to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment operations.
  • Change Management: Ability to navigate and lead transformation initiatives within recruitment processes, embracing innovation and agility in response to evolving market dynamics.
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Commitment to embedding inclusive hiring practices that promote a diverse workforce reflective of a global community.
  • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging applicant tracking systems, digital recruitment platforms, and social media channels to enhance reach and efficiency.
  • Global Perspective: Understanding of international labour markets, employment laws, and cultural considerations essential for operating within a multinational organisation.
