Key Responsibilities
As the main contact for customer, member, and partner inquiries, your role is vital to ensuring service continuity, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will:

Act as the point of contact for all resolved issues:
- Manage inbound/outbound communications and provide timely updates
- Own case resolution from start to finish with cross-team collaboration

Resolve operational challenges efficiently:
- Oversee guest relocations, alternative accommodations, and rebookings
- Apply compensation per established guidelines while tracking recoveries
- Investigate complex issues (reservation, payment, system failures)
- Identify root causes and recommend targeted solutions

Ensure pricing and channel compliance:
- Monitor rates, promotions, and availability for discrepancies
- Investigate and escalate inconsistencies in pricing/availability
- Collaborate with inventory/yield teams to resolve mismatches

Manage operational and revenue integrity:
- Handle payment disputes, refunds, and revenue-share inquiries
- Coordinate with accounting to resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with PCI/PII/data privacy standards

Improve processes and documentation:
- Maintain thorough, accurate records for audits
- Report trends to inform process improvements

What You Bring to the Team
We seek candidates with:
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience:
- Proven track record in reservation, travel, hospitality, vacation ownership, or customer support
- Experience navigating reservation systems and operational platforms
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and de-escalation abilities
- Ability to research issues and coordinate resolutions across multiple platforms
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, queue-driven environment
- Technical Competency:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
