About the Role

As Global Retail Activations & Services Manager, you’ll immerse yourself in the customer experience team, reporting to the Head of Global Retail Marketing. This role allows you to shape how we connect with consumers—not just today, but tomorrow—by leading high-impact retail activations, services, and experience programmes, with a focus on pilot environments, flagship stores, and test-and-learn initiatives.

You’ll bring brand storytelling to life—transforming consumer insights and products into innovative, immersive, and commercially-effective in-store experiences. At the core of your work will be a commitment to Retail Acceleration, creating experience-led retail environments that build community, loyalty, and performance.

By collaborating with Retail Design & Concepts, you’ll ensure all activations align with our global retail concept and design language, delivering cohesive, connected experiences across all store environments.

  • Developing global retail activation, experience, and GWP programmes that bring brand stories to life, engage consumers, and align with key commercial and cultural moments.
  • Designing innovative in-store and omnichannel services to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless integration across both physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Creating, testing, and refining pilot concepts in flagship and trial locations using a structured test-and-learn approach, capturing insights to optimise future programmes.
  • Partnering with Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Markets, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to scale successful concepts into globally adaptable, commercially viable programmes.
  • Driving community engagement and business performance by delivering experiences that increase participation, loyalty, retention, and advocacy while monitoring KPIs, outcomes, and activation budgets.

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail activation, experiential marketing, service design, or customer experience—preferably in a retail-focused context.
  • The ability to translate brand strategy into engaging physical and omnichannel experiences that drive participation and achieve commercial results.
  • Skills in developing, testing, and scaling concepts across multiple markets, paired with an understanding of consumer behaviour and retail engagement.
  • Strong commercial judgment with excellent stakeholder management and project leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, test-and-learn environment, balancing innovation and performance while driving data-informed customer experiences.
