Oliver Sanderson is partnering with one of the UK's leading global brands to appoint a Global Reward Manager - Pay.

Reporting to the Head of Pay, you'll play a key role in delivering the organisation's global pay strategy across UK and international operations. Working closely with Reward, HR, Finance and Employee Relations, you'll lead annual pay reviews, market benchmarking, job evaluation and reward governance, while providing expert advice on complex pay matters and driving continuous improvement across reward programmes and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual pay review cycles and reward projects.
  • Manage market benchmarking, pay analysis and job evaluation.
  • Deliver Gender Pay Gap reporting and reward compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex pay and reward matters.
  • Produce reward analytics and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, systems and governance.

About You:

You'll have significant experience in Pay, Reward or Total Reward within a large, complex organisation, with strong expertise in pay governance, benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analytics. You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and confident influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business. Experience working within international and/or unionised environments would be advantageous.
