Imperial Brands has an exciting opportunity for a Global RGM Lead to join our Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Centre of Excellence.
This is a newly created, high-impact role within the Global Consumer Office, designed to support our continued investment in data, technology and AI-enabled commercial tools. The role will focus on helping markets solve business challenges through practical, market-relevant Revenue Growth Management solutions, with a particular focus on pricing.
Working closely with clusters, regions, global functions, data analytics teams and market RGM stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver the roadmap for key RGM tools and capabilities. This is not a technical role, but it does require someone with a strong commercial mindset, analytical curiosity and a genuine interest in how data and technology can improve decision-making.
You will act as a key connector between business teams and technical teams, ensuring market needs are clearly understood and translated into practical tool development, governance and adoption plans. As this is a new role in an evolving area, it would suit someone comfortable working through ambiguity, building structure, and collaborating with stakeholders across different markets and functions.
This is an individual contributor role with significant global exposure and the opportunity to influence how Imperial Brands strengthens RGM capability across the business.
Principle Accountabilities
- Lead the global pricing agenda within RGM, working with markets, clusters and regions to identify business needs and support practical pricing solutions.
- Shape and manage the roadmap for key RGM tools, including supporting the development, improvement and adoption of data and AI-enabled solutions.
- Act as the bridge between market stakeholders and data/technology teams, translating commercial requirements into clear tool and capability needs.
- Lead selected RGM tool-development projects, ensuring solutions remain market-centric, commercially relevant and aligned to business priorities.
- Drive engagement across the RGM community by organising market sessions, community calls and regular governance forums with key stakeholders.
- Support capability building and best-practice sharing across markets, helping teams use insights, tools and frameworks to solve commercial challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
