Drawing on your background in retail operations or workforce management, you will understand how SaaS workforce solutions operate on the ground. Your goal is to lead solution design workshops, deliver tailored training, and ensure customers can effectively leverage our timekeeping and workforce solutions to achieve their business objectives throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation: Provide comprehensive implementation consulting services for new customers, acting as the bridge between technical execution and customer business needs.
  • Solution Design: Translate customer business requirements into detailed, comprehensive solution design documents.
  • Customer Guidance: Lead solution design workshops to guide customers on best practices for utilizing the SaaS workforce solution.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver robust customer training, including initial "Train the Trainer" and "Admin Training" sessions, as well as ongoing post-implementation training on new product features.
  • Project Support: Support the customer project team with industry expertise and best practices throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Lifecycle Consulting: Provide ongoing consulting to existing customers on new features, solution enhancements, and operational best practices.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze the evolving business needs of existing customers to recommend and implement configuration changes that continuously optimize solution usage.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary subject matter expert on the solution and its application to various workforce and operational business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
