Global Sales Category Manager – Lifestyle

As Global Sales Category Manager – Lifestyle, you will act as the key commercial link between our Publishing Studios, Third-Party Publishing Partners and Local Offices for your assigned Lifestyle category, either Trading Card Games (TCG) or Accessories.

You will be responsible for driving commercial alignment across our international markets, supporting successful product launches and ensuring strong execution of global Go-to-Market strategies. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Publishing, Operations and Supply Chain teams, you will help maximise the commercial performance of both internally published and third-party product ranges.

This is a highly collaborative international role where you'll combine commercial insight, sales planning and stakeholder management to support sustainable business growth while ensuring products reach customers successfully across all regions.

What does this role involve

Key Accountabilities

  • Commercial Leadership: Act as the primary commercial contact between Publishing Studios, Third-Party Publishers and Local Offices for assigned Lifestyle categories.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with local Sales teams to develop and execute effective Go-to-Market plans that support successful product launches and long-term category growth.
  • Sales Performance: Coordinate global sales forecasts, targets and commercial plans while monitoring market performance, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure product availability, shipment coordination and smooth commercial execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Publishing, Operations and external publishing partners to deliver shared commercial objectives.
  • Business Insights: Deliver regular reporting, market analysis and commercial recommendations to Publishing Studios, Third-Party Partners and Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned Lifestyle product categories across global markets.
  • Support the commercialisation of both internally published products and third-party distributed product lines.
  • Drive alignment between global publishing objectives and local market sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Local Offices to develop sales forecasts and identify market opportunities.
  • Support Local Offices in creating and delivering successful Go-to-Market plans.
  • Coordinate global sales targets to ensure alignment with studio and partner revenue objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends, identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate product allocation, shipment schedules and product availability for direct customers in the US and Local Offices worldwide.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations and local commercial teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Support Marketing teams in delivering promotional campaigns aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Gather market feedback, customer insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present business updates, sales forecasts and performance reports to Publishing Studios, Third-Party Partners and Senior Leadership.
  • Foster effective collaboration across international teams to ensure successful product launches and continued commercial growth.
  • Consistently demonstrate Asmodee's values and behaviours while delivering outstanding commercial results.

Profile description

Essential

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting and business performance management.
  • Experience developing and delivering Go-to-Market strategies across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, results-driven and solution focused.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and business reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales, Commercial Planning, Business Development, Category Management or Product Management.
  • Experience working within an international, multi-market organisation.

  • Experience working with external publishers, licensors or distribution partners.
  • Experience within the tabletop gaming, Trading Card Game (TCG), hobby gaming or entertainment industries.
  • Additional European language skills.
  • Passion for board games, Trading Card Games, collectibles and hobby gaming products.

The final compensation package will be dependent upon the country of employment.
