GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, enabling organisations to accelerate software delivery securely and efficiently. We empower teams with innovation, impact, and scalability—just like the tools and processes we build for our customers. Our future-proof culture embraces AI-driven productivity, fosters knowledge exchange, and prioritises every voice in co-creating the technology that transforms software development.
In This Role You’ll
Collaborate as part of the Global Sales Development Operations team to drive efficiency, visibility, and consistency across our global sales development workflows. You’ll maintain, optimise, and innovate systems that help the team execute flawlessly while improving data quality, adoption, and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise core sales development tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for peak performance and usability.
- Design workflows and process improvements—auditing systems, identifying bottlenecks, and turning insights into actionable changes.
- Develop and update training documentation, guides, and playbooks to ensure the team excels in tool adoption across regions.
- Train globally distributed SDR teams in best practices, troubleshooting, and workflow efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve data quality gaps, ensuring lead accuracy and speed throughout the funnel.
- Analyse and refine Outreach campaigns (e.g., data collection quality, messaging effectiveness) to boost performance.
- Support cross-functional partners ( Sales, Marketing, Analytics ) with regards to evaluating and optimising inbound/outbound motions.
- Maintain governance and standards for consistent tool usage, setup hygiene, and tool effectiveness reviews.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a detail-driven problem-solver with operational expertise—someone who thrives in high-performing environments structured by asynchronous collaboration, clear documentation, and data-driven decisions. Must-haves:
- Proven experience with modern sales ops stacks (required attention to Outreach usage), including Salesforce configuration, tool workflows, or automation.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting skills—identifying root causes (e.g., data pipeline issues, impaired ROI) and devising fixes.
- Stakeholder management across functions and regions, translating complex technical insights into practical steps.
- Training and enablement experience—creating or refining examples like “how to reset an Outreach sequence” or mapping ZoomInfo naming standards.
- Diversity-friendly approach: We welcome applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement—your potential matters most.
A plus for anyone with:
- Familiarity with GitLab’s tools and automation (e.g., Git, CI/CD insights).
- Background in data quality stewardship, B2B tech sales outcomes measurement.
- Cross-team "workshop" experience, synthesising insights from analysts, sales, and tool providers.

We’re a remote, asynchronous-first team of 5+ pacesetters who specialise in scaling systems that empower career growth and accountability across Global Sales Development. Using shared documentation, stand-ups, and cross-region partnerships, we ensure teams stay aligned and ahead of the curve.
