Global Sales Director

£70,000 per annum + benefits | Hybrid, UK based | International travel

GCAM is looking for a commercially credible aviation sales professional to help build a stronger pipeline of aircraft into our maintenance operation and support sustainable growth across the wider group.

About GCAM

GCAM is a trusted aviation maintenance partner, delivering high quality airframe maintenance services to aircraft operators around the world. Built on technical excellence, operational reliability and a customer first approach, we have earned a strong reputation within the aviation industry for consistently delivering safe, efficient and dependable solutions.

The role

This is a pivotal role within the business and an exciting opportunity to influence the next phase of GCAM's growth.

As Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing our international business development strategy
  • Building relationships with airline operators and aviation partners worldwide
  • Creating a strong pipeline of maintenance opportunities

Working closely with the leadership, operational and technical teams, you will play a key role in expanding GCAM's market presence, securing new business and developing long term customer partnerships that support sustainable growth across the group.

We're looking for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and creating opportunities. You'll be comfortable operating at a strategic level whilst remaining hands on in developing opportunities and delivering results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
