About the Role
As Global Sales Enablement Manager, you will drive dedicated enablement topics for 300+ commercial professionals across four Profit Centers, ensuring they sell with sharper skills, consistency, and measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global enablement programs end-to-end:
- Define program hypotheses, develop content
- Execute through activation gates, then refine programs based on data and field feedback
- Design structured learning programs:
- Set clear learning objectives, segment audiences
- Align activation plans and success metrics beyond one-off trainings
- Collaborate cross-functionally:
- Partner with Global Enablement Managers, Sales Operations, L&D, Product Marketing, and Profit Center leadership to realign priorities.
- Drive program adoption within a matrix organization
- Mentor teams directly:
- Coach through call reviews, deal analysis, and skill practice with reps and front-line managers
- Measure and report impact on:
- Ramp time, win rates, deal velocity, content usage, and revenue influence

What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement (B2B preferred)
- Ideally with global/multi-region exposure
- Strong structural thinking:
- Build frameworks from scratch and manage ambiguity
- Program design expertise:
- Proven track record of creating selling-skills or performance programs
- Ability to connect training to manager coaching cycles
- (matrix) influencing skills:
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Facilitation and coaching:
- Engage diverse audiences across cultural and seniority levels
- Tech & analytical proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Bonus: Seismic, Vinton, and Power BI
- Data-driven mindset:
- Connect enablement efforts back to key revenue outcomes
- Bonus experience:
- Prior front-line sales or Client Success experience
- Consulting background or equivalent structured problem-solving skills
