About the role: Are you energised by building international partnerships and turning opportunities into long‑term customer value? At SD Worx, we’re looking for a Global Sales Manager who wants to help grow our international footprint and contribute to sustainable success in the HR & Payroll market. In this role, you play a key part in our international expansion. You explore new markets, engage with decision‑makers across borders and guide complex sales processes towards successful outcomes. It’s a role with real impact, where collaboration, commercial insight and customer focus come together. You report directly to the Sales Director International Market – Mid‑Market. Which tasks can you expect? Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets, contributing to sustainable growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level leaders, HR, IT and Procurement Lead negotiations and close strategic, high‑value contracts, balancing commercial outcomes with long‑term partnerships Monitor and share insights on sales performance, market developments and emerging opportunities Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape solutions that meet client needs, including: Domestic (Sales) teams Product & Portfolio Management Presales Corporate Legal Operational teams such as Service Delivery, Implementation and Partner Management Excom members and Senior Leadership
What do you have to offer? Strong sales experience in the HR & Payroll industry Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed international sales targets Comfortable managing multiple opportunities in parallel, with a structured and results‑oriented approach Experience in closing complex, cross‑border deals, working with diverse stakeholders and markets Strong interest in technology and experience with consultative, value‑based selling Well‑developed commercial insight and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset Able to work effectively in a process‑driven environment, valuing clarity, quality and compliance Fluent in English; additional languages are welcomed and considered a strong asset A proactive, growth‑oriented mindset: you enjoy learning and adapting in a constantly evolving environment Willingness to travel across Europe when needed (e.g. customer meetings and bi‑monthly in‑person sales meetings)
