GLOBAL SALES MANAGER – LUXURY BEAUTY TECH | 3-6 MTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Global Sales Manager to join a highly regarded leader in the wellness technology space on a 3-6-month fixed-term contract.
This role offers the chance to enhance your profile while working for an acclaimed, global leader in wellness technology.
Operating across international markets, you will take ownership of driving sales growth through multiple channels, with the autonomy to build relationships, open doors, and convert opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales across Spa, Clinical, Beauty, Wholesale, Retail & Etailer sales channels
- Support and strengthen global distributor channel relationships
- Deliver robust sales progression across the omni sector in global territories
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, including:
- Pitching to new partners and clients
- Advancing opportunities through each stage
- Converting prospects into confirmed orders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities globally
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Proven experience in luxury beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or related technology sectors
- Strong exposure to multi-channel sales environments (Spa, Clinical, Beauty Wholesale, Retail & Etailer sales channels)
- Demonstrated success in international global sales roles
- Experience working with or managing distributor networks
- Track record of pipeline ownership and revenue delivery
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?
- At least 5 years solid experience in a similar role
- A commercial mindset, consistently reviewing performance and optimising global distribution and growth plans
- Strong tenacity and negotiation capability
- Ability to build and nurture relationships quickly
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and pitching skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales conversion
- Organised and laser focused on detail
