What You'll Do
As the Global Sector Senior Manager – Payments & Fintech within BCG’s Financial
Institutions Practice Area (FIPA), you will serve as a strategic partner to the Global
Payments & Fintech Sector Leader and leadership team, helping shape and execute the
sector’s strategic agenda. You will play a central role in managing and enabling the global business, ensuring priorities are translated into action and that leaders have the insights, governance, and support needed to drive growth and impact.
Through business analysis, program leadership, and stakeholder coordination, you will
help strengthen the sector’s commercial performance, investment decisions, operational
effectiveness, and community engagement.

Monitor sector performance, commercial activity, pipeline trends and key business
metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision
making.
Drive strategic initiatives that advance sector priorities and business outcomes
across the global business.
Manage sector investment priorities and Innovation Fund planning, including
budget tracking, governance, and performance monitoring.
Establish and coordinate operating rhythms, leadership forums, and governance
processes that enable effective execution and decision-making.
Collaborate with Marketing and affiliated teams to support publications, events,
communications, and sector visibility initiatives.
Lead affiliation and engagement activities that strengthen collaboration,
connectivity, and knowledge sharing across the global Payments & Fintech
community.
Collaborate closely with the broader Financial Institutions Management &
Operations team to deliver strategic projects and support the continued growth of
the business.
What You'll Bring
8–12 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business management,
operations, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree
preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex programs in
a global, matrixed environment.
Strong business judgment and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate
data and insights into action.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across diverse
teams and functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing

Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the Financial Institutions Practice Area Management & Operations team
and work closely with the Global Payments & Fintech Sector Leader to help shape and
execute the sector’s strategic agenda. You will collaborate with Regional Sector Leaders
and other senior stakeholders across the global Financial Institutions business to drive
alignment and advance key priorities.
You will also partner with colleagues across Vantage, Marketing, and other practice area
functions to support sector initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and enable the
continued growth of the Payments & Fintech business.
