PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As our Senior Agency Partnership Manager, your primary focus is on opening and developing new strategic opportunities with major UK media agencies including WPP, Havas, Dentsu, Omnicom and Publicis that are directly aligned to Avolta's commercial strategy. Your previous experience as a senior business leader in the adtech or digital marketing industry, combined with a strong network among agency executives, will enable you to create an immediate impact from Day 1. You will work closely with our Head of Global Agency Partnerships, VP of Commercial & Revenue, and Senior Brand Agency Partnership Managers who close partnerships daily all aligned behind making Avolta a continued success. Beyond your core remit, you are actively encouraged to contribute across the wider organisation from product and creative to marketing and ad operations. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants to leave their mark.

RESPONSIBILITIES Acquire new customers through your existing network and proactive outreach, ensuring commercial targets are consistently met Work closely with the Head of Global Agency Partnerships, VP of Commercial & Revenues and Brand Partnerships to execute GTM strategies for growing Avolta's business with agencies across the UK market Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders within the agency's advertising ecosystem Actively engage with customers, partners and market participants to identify and propose new opportunities for revenue growth Understand customer needs deeply and bring forward innovative ideas on how our product can be expanded to deliver greater value Continuously identify sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant, data-driven improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 4 years of proven track record of winning accounts from the agency sector, with demonstrable experience acquiring clients from major agency holding groups (including WPP, Havas, Dentsu, Omnicom and Publicis & their hubs) Solid understanding of how agencies work and a strong network across agency stakeholders managing automotive, beauty, fashion, finance, entertainment, travel and lifestyle accounts A strategic approach to revenue growth, with the ability to execute a successful go-to-market plan Previous experience in Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with agencies Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured problem-solving mindset Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills both internally and with senior external stakeholders High levels of initiative, assertiveness, persuasiveness and results of orientation; a self-starter who leads from the front Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities into revenue Comfortable working in a start-up culture within a large global corporate, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities Based in London, with the ability and willingness to meet agency contacts regularly and attend Agency conferences etc Ability if needed to travel to Berlin to work with the team in person for 1-2 days
