About The Role
As Global Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the innovation agenda for our Upper Respiratory portfolio on a global scale. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, supporting the development of the long-term strategic plan, and leading key innovation initiatives from concept through to product development. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams, Consumer Insights, CAP, and IMEX teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality innovations, while leveraging consumer and market insights to strengthen brand equity, creativity, and communications. You will also lead large-scale innovation projects, driving alignment across stakeholders and ensuring flawless execution to support the future growth of the portfolio.
Your responsibilities
- Support and help shape the global growth strategy by contributing to the development of the 3-year strategic plan and Global Success Model (GSM), leveraging market diagnostics, business analysis, and close engagement with regional and local teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure strategic alignment across markets.
- Partner with regional and local stakeholders to build robust innovation masterplans that deliver innovation sufficiency, support long-term growth targets, and ensure market-specific needs are reflected in portfolio and pipeline strategies.
- Drive the end-to-end innovation agenda by aligning innovation priorities across categories and key business initiatives, developing compelling concepts for both existing and new products, and translating consumer, market, and business insights into differentiated innovation opportunities.
- Lead the development of innovation strategies and commercialization plans, including defining product, packaging, claims, and pricing strategies, identifying channel-specific opportunities, and ensuring new innovations are positioned for maximum market impact and business value.
- Manage innovation projects through the full stage-gate process, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard, overseeing governance approvals through to product lock, and ensuring sustainability principles are fully embedded across all innovation initiatives to support category and corporate objectives.
- Partner closely with Insights & Analytics (I&A) teams to validate innovation opportunities, recommending and executing consumer research plans across multiple markets, managing research requirements and budgets, translating learning into action, and overseeing the development of master packaging designs for both Existing Product Developments (EPDs) and New Product Developments (NPDs).
- Ensure continuity and competitiveness of the base business by driving product and packaging productivity initiatives from ideation through implementation, leading gross margin enhancement programs, and maintaining existing formulations, claims, and product compliance in response to evolving regulations, industry standards, and market requirements.

The experience we're looking for
- Extensive marketing experience within the Consumer Health sector, with strong expertise in developing and executing brand growth strategies in a complex and regulated environment.
- Demonstrated excellent strategic thinking combined with commercial acumen, including a strong understanding of business performance drivers, P&L management, and portfolio optimization.
- Proven ability to leverage consumer, market, and performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies that drive growth, while navigating regulatory requirements across categories such as OTC medicines, medical devices, and VMS.
- Proven experience leading innovation programmes from concept through to launch, with a strong track record of delivering successful consumer-led innovations.
- Proven expertise in opportunity identification, idea generation, concept development, validation, and project execution, combined with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a matrix organisation.

- Skilled at influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders, driving innovation through stage-gate processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with strategic business objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (CGO, MX, Sales, Key Lead Markets) – strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of expertise
- Entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously
- Strong sense of urgency and achievement - resilient and able to respond under pressure
- Ability to influence and collaborate with markets with varying levels of portfolio and brand maturity
- The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is advantageous.
