Global Brand Manager – Clinical

LOCATION: 100VE

Role Purpose

Lead the global Clinical platform for Rexona, one of the brand's biggest premium growth spaces, responsible for accelerating penetration, driving innovation, and strengthening the platform's role in the future portfolio. The role will define global strategy, lead innovation development and deployment, and partner with markets to unlock growth through superior product, communication, and execution.

As the global lead for Clinical, this individual will work across Marketing, R&D, CMI, Design, Supply Chain and key markets to shape the future of high-performance sweat and odour protection for consumers seeking elevated efficacy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Clinical Growth Strategy

    • Lead the development and execution of the global Clinical growth roadmap.
    • Define future growth opportunities, portfolio expansion spaces, and premiumisation strategy.
    • Translate consumer, category, and market insights into actionable business opportunities.
  • Lead Innovation & Renovation

    • Own the end-to-end innovation pipeline for Clinical, from concept development through launch.
    • Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver superior product experiences and technology upgrades.
    • Ensure a strong pipeline of innovation that supports growth, competitiveness, and consumer relevance.
  • Build Global Brand Equity

    • Develop compelling communication platforms and claims that reinforce Rexona's high-performance credentials.
    • Ensure consistency of the Clinical proposition across touchpoints while enabling market flexibility.
    • Shape launch strategies and toolkits that drive adoption and execution excellence.

  • Partner with Markets for Scale

    • Collaborate with priority markets to accelerate growth and improve execution.
    • Identify best practices and scale successful initiatives globally.
    • Support markets in building robust innovation and activation plans.
  • Lead Through Influence

    • Manage complex cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
    • Build alignment among senior stakeholders and drive decisions in a fast-paced global environment.
    • Champion a culture of ambition, agility, and consumer-centricity.

Experience and Skills Required

Essential

  • Strong experience in brand building, innovation, and portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across global and local market teams.

Preferred

  • Experience leading premium brands, platforms, or innovation programmes.
  • Exposure to health, beauty, personal care, or performance-led categories.
  • Experience working in a global or regional marketing role.
