Overview of the Role
The Global Senior Social & Digital Content Manager is responsible for developing, managing and delivering the brand’s social media strategy, digital creative direction, and content production for all digital channels - CRM, Website, Paid Social, Organic Social, Display, Affiliates, YouTube, Google, and Bing.
This role combines strong creative leadership with a deep commercial understanding of social media and social commerce platforms. The role will ensure the brand’s digital content and creative drives measurable differentiation and growth across organic social, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
The position requires a strong understanding of how creativity drives performance. This role will be the conduit between digital asset commercial outcomes across digital channels and the website and Brand guidelines. They will actively look for ways to amplify spa and retail luxury through our DTC ecosystem. The successful candidate will be experienced in scaling paid social budgets, producing high-performing creative assets within brand guidelines and translating creative concepts into content that drives engagement, acquisition, and revenue.
The role will also lead influencer and ambassador partnerships, developing collaborations with creators and aligned brands to expand reach, strengthen brand credibility, and drive new customer acquisition and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Growth
- Develop and lead the global social media strategy across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Drive organic social growth through engaging and culturally relevant content.
- Ensure social channels support both brand awareness and commercial performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize strategy.
- Support the integration of spa experience and interest in specialist AA treatments into the DTC journey.
Social Commerce & TikTok Shop
- Lead the brand’s social commerce strategy with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and emerging social retail platforms.
- Develop creative and content strategies that drive direct revenue from social channels.
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure social commerce is integrated into the broader digital ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to grow social-driven acquisition, retention, and overall revenue.
Creative Direction & Performance Content
- Lead the development of distinctive digital creatives that reflect the brand identity and differentiate the brand within the market.
- Oversee the production of high-performing creative assets designed to drive engagement and conversion across paid and organic channels.
- Ensure performance creative is developed efficiently and consistently within brand guidelines across multiple platforms and campaign formats.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for paid media performance and scalable budget growth.
Content Production & Creative Operations
- Oversee the production of digital content assets, including photography, video, campaign visuals, and social-first content.
- Manage creative production processes, including briefing, timelines, and delivery.
- Build scalable content libraries that support ongoing marketing, e-commerce, and social media activity.
- Ensure all assets are produced efficiently and to the highest brand standards.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
- Identify, source, and manage influencer and ambassador partnerships that align with the brand.
- Develop long-term creator relationships that drive credibility, reach, and customer acquisition.
- Build strategic partnerships with complementary brands to expand audience reach and drive collaborative campaigns.
- Ensure influencer and partnership activity delivers measurable commercial impact.

Person Specification
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in social media, digital content, or creative marketing roles.
- Deep understanding of organic social media strategy and audience growth.
- Experience in using AI and agile production techniques in-house and outsourced to drive a lean and scalable production line is key.
- Strong experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and social commerce platforms.
- Experience managing creative production across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience developing performance creative that supports paid social growth and scaling budgets.
- Proven experience sourcing and managing influencer and ambassador partnerships.
