Global Services Coordinator

The Global Services Coordinator supports Events, Front of House, Service Desk, and Facilities functions across multiple sites. The role works closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high operational standards, and support efficient booking and reporting processes.

This role supports teams across various sites, focusing on coordinating bookings, supporting back-of-house operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. The Global Services Coordinator plays a key role in managing systems, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational processes aligned with business needs.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Salary: £33,456 per annum

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Events and related functions.
  • Coordinate global events and ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Support Back of House operations, including event coordination and logistics.
  • Maintain and update booking systems ensuring data accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, conflicts, and operational issues.
  • Support reporting, MI packs, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with system updates, changes, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and best practice.
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and operational records.
  • Support continuous improvement of booking systems and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will

  • Proven experience in reservations, event planning, or coordination.
  • Proficient in business administration.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Ideally have experience using event management software programs.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by event schedules.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
